Preparing To Connect

Remote Help is the term we use to describe the ability to make a connection from one computer to another over the Internet. Your screen images are sent to our screen, and our keyboard strokes and mouse movements are sent to your computer.  Your computer responds as if we were sitting in front of it.  Before we connect, we will email an Internet link to you so that you can download the software that connects our computers together. We will also send you instructions for installing it. Don’t worry, it’s very easy. More >
