Window 7 Clean Install using Upgrade DVD
Oct 24th
Microsoft apparently feels so strongly that new operating systems should not be installed as an upgrade over an existing OS, that they’ve included a way to perform a full install from the Upgrade version of Windows 7. Of course, if an Upgrade version can be made to install as if it were a Full retail version, this begs a few questions, but I’ll happily leave those for others to debate.

Ani is a Rights activist and actively campaigned for Dennis Kucinich, whom she considers a friend. She does not like to be categorized or “put in a box”, preferring to live life as unfettered as possible. More >

Using Avira Rescue System
Oct 5th
The Avira Antivir Rescue System is a downloadable file that can then be burned to a CD or DVD disc. This disc is used to boot up your computer instead of Windows. This allows the removal of some very stubborn types of malware that would not normally be removable because of their ability to manipulate the operating system. More >
